Installation & Fitment Disclaimer

Redline Carbon products are manufactured from carbon fiber, which differs from factory materials such as plastic, aluminum, or steel. Although our parts are developed using OEM-based molds and reference components, carbon fiber manufacturing can result in small variations in mounting locations, tabs, holes, and alignment points.

As a result, installation may require minor modifications including (but not limited to):

  • Slightly enlarging mounting holes

  • Trimming, sanding, or adjusting edges

  • Adjusting mounting angles

  • Removing or modifying factory brackets or panels

All Redline Carbon products are test-fitted prior to shipment. However, vehicle trims and submodels may vary, which can affect fitment. Some products install as a direct bolt-on replacement, while others may require additional effort for optimal fit.

Fitment is optimized for stock vehicles. Vehicles equipped with aftermarket body panels, engine bay modifications, or other non-OEM components may require additional customization by the buyer.

Fitment Tolerances

  • Large exterior panels (hoods, trunks, etc.): up to approximately 1/3 inch panel gap

  • Interior trim components: panel gaps may vary up to 3/8 inch, depending on the item

Product Quality & Manufacturing Characteristics

Redline Carbon strives to deliver high-quality, presentable carbon fiber products. Each item is inspected prior to shipment.

Due to the nature of carbon fiber manufacturing—especially with large or complex-shaped parts—minor cosmetic imperfections may occur. These may include small air bubbles, surface waves, resin variations, or minor blemishes. These characteristics are inherent to carbon fiber production and do not affect structural integrity or intended use.

All products shipped meet our internal quality standards and are suitable for functional or show use.

Shipping Damage & Inspection Policy

All packages must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If damage occurs after delivery due to handling, transportation by the customer, or installation, Redline Carbon cannot provide a replacement.

Customers must inspect and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. All original packaging must be retained for documentation.

Freight Shipments (Hoods, Fenders, Large Panels)

For freight deliveries, inspection must be completed at the time of delivery with the driver present. If shipping damage is observed:

  • Note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt

  • Refuse the shipment

  • Retain all packaging materials

Once a shipment is signed for and accepted, it is considered received in acceptable condition. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored.
