All products sold by Redline Carbon are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fitment selected by the customer

  • Order cancellations after production has started

Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or correction at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
